A functional scheme for a Sideline Hub connected to a LL_RR mainline
A very simple SLH connected to a L_R mainline
An example Sideline Hub connected to a LL_RR mainline

A sideline hub (SLH) is the most common type of hub used in #openttdcoop games. It's purpose is to connect a sideline to a mainline. We usually build sideline hubs using prioritized mergers to avoid slowing down mainline traffic.

Examples of sideline hubs can be found in the Junctionary.
