the whole pack is splitted into different sets (folders), every GRF has is own home directory to keep readmes, license files etc.
updating TTRS to 3.02a, av8 to 1.31, pb_viaduct, UKWaypoints v1.1
added japstat, jpset_bld, jpset_lnd, jpset_tre
removing uncompatible grfs (nsbsetd.grf)
transfer alpine, ngrail, planeset and srset to testing
including old/ for downward compatibility
