The Eye Candy Concept is mainly about leting it al look good. build high ways, long and high bridges, Giant Stations and Beatifull vally's! that's what it's about in this game. like we say in our Dutch land: Het oog wil soms ook wat, meaning: the eye want sometimes something too.
