- moved newwater to testing, because its not fully compatible with OTTD
- added German Trams and Tracks
- added Serbian Trams and RVs

Version 4 (2007-05-05, final)
- updated JP Stats to 1.0
- updated troprs to 0.2

- removed folder old (if you still need it, take pack old)

- added ngrailsw.grf (could be used for cansetw.grf)

- the whole pack is splitted into different sets (folders), every GRF has is own home directory to keep readmes, license files etc.
- updating TTRS to 3.02a, av8 to 1.31, pb_viaduct, UKWaypoints v1.1
- added japstat, jpset_bld, jpset_lnd, jpset_tre
- removing uncompatible grfs (nsbsetd.grf)
- transfer alpine, ngrail, planeset and srset to testing
- including old/ for downward compatibility
