Strengths: Band-Aid fixes, Understanding and Building PBS based networks.

Weaknesses: Speed of building, Understanding more complex presignaling.

Prefers: Plan and network flexibility and scalability, either very short or very long TL.

Dislikes: Too many changes of plan, or being too strict to the point of causing problems, People unwilling to leave something to test before declaring it bad.
