I am forced to ask, since i believe it is, yet others do not. does designating a lake as 'canal' space and then damming it to effectively bridge at sea level count as terraforming? Spectre100 20:54, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

Thats a good question in fact, with yet no solid saying about wether or not it could count as terraforming ... as i said in the Blog ... think we have go to to some kind of collective thinking box about it to come up with an answer Sian 05:45, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
